What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine in the room on arrival, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thu 20 May 2021 until Fri 15 Oct 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 14, 18, 22, 29 Jun, 9-12 Sep and 7-9 Oct 2021.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 15 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.

Stay in a standard king double or twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of house red/white wine in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes breakfast. Option to upgrade to a sparkling breakfast including a bottle of fizz with breakfast in bed for a supplementary charge of £10; please discuss and pay direct.

Max of 1 baby permitted when sleeping in a cot. Additional beds cannot be provided.

No pets permitted. Guide dogs only.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
