Can you use on a Saturday or Sunday?

I can confirm this deal excludes Saturdays and Sundays in October, November and December 2021.

However, from January to March 2022, this deal can be used for weekend stays.

Hi there, I’m wanting to buy the afternoon tea for two, but a third person (our 1 1 year old daughter) would be with us. We're on holiday in Scotland. Would I need to pay extra or could she just attend with us at no additional cost? Many thanks

Can we not have an option without alcohol as in scotland it takes you over the limit. Not worth the risk ?

Voucher is valid from Mon 25 Oct 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, Mon - Fri.

Excludes Sat - Sun.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 9 Dec 2021 (we don't want you to miss out).

Valid Jan - Mar 2022

Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days.

Excludes 12-16 Feb 2022

Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don't want you to miss out).

General

Vouchers are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Morning tea: served 10.30am - 12noon.

Afternoon tea served 12noon - 3.30pm (3.30pm is the last booking slot)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Morning or afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.

Afternoon tea includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Each option includes a choice of organic tea: Earl Grey, ginger, green, berry, English breakfast, chamomile or mint or coffee.

Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
