I'm happy to let you know that Option 1 is valid from Monday the 3rd of October 2022 until Friday the 30th of December 2022, Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Option 2 is valid from Saturday the 1st of October 2022 until Saturday the 24th of December 2022, Saturday - Sunday 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability.

How can you still advertise this when they are cancelling your buyers orders due to the machine not working. They will not replace it with anything. They say we can still go for a light lunch and use the facilities,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but the facilities are not great given they are clearly cutting back on heat, so the pool is freezing, and the sauna is cold............ so it's not enjoyable to lounger around in, even the tiled heat beds were cooler than the norm.....................

I'm afraid this particular deal includes a light lunch for two or four. You're welcome to contact the Macdonald Inchyra directly to discuss the cost of an afternoon tea and they'll be happy to help. Just make sure to mention you'll be using an itison voucher.

Valid Mon - Fri: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Oct 2022 until Fri 30 Dec 2022, Mon - Fri 9.30am - 6pm. Excludes Sat - Sun and 26 Dec 2022.

Valid Sat - Sun: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Sat 24 Dec 2022, Sat - Sun 9.30am - 6pm. Excludes Mon - Fri and 25 Dec 2022.

Bookings are subject to availability.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
