What happens if we book a date and we go back into lockdown or company go bust before using the voucher.

Are all the facilities currently available at the centre - pool, steam room, jacuzzi etc? Many other centres seem to be closing them off due to covid concerns.

What to expect

  • 2 x 25 min Elemis treatments each for one or two with 2 course lunch and leisure access plus use of robes & slippers

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days 9am – 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 Jan - 25 Apr 2021.

Please note there is limited availability due to social distancing and increased cleaning procedures.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Apr 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; please contact spa directly to discuss.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any specific health concerns with the spa directly.

Treatment duration: 2 x 25min treatments per person. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. Treatments are subject to availability to Scottish Government Guidelines at the time, facials and hot stones are currently not available.

Includes access to spa and leisure facilities: gym and fitness suite, over 30 fitness classes, squash court, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and spa pool; subject to availability. Leisure facilities will be open subject to current Government guidelines. Swimming slots are required to be pre-booked, total 1 hour per person.

Please note that swimming lessons and classes take place regularly and can be noisy; please discuss directly when booking for timetables.

Includes a 2 course lunch from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
