What to expect

Voucher is valid from Sun 4 Sep 2022 until Sun 27 Nov 2022; subject to availability.

Option 1: Valid for Sun check-in only. Excludes Mon - Sat.

Option 2: Valid for Sun - Thu check-in only. Excludes Fri - Sat and 14 Sep 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Superior, standard or basic twin or double room available; subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. £30pp dinner allowance to spend towards dinner. Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options are available. Table may be required back after 2 hours.

Children permitted. Children under 5's are free of charge. Children aged 5+ require a £35pp supplement; payable directly.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
