To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

Hi how do we book? The hotel have said you book through the itison website but I've always bought the itison voucher then called the hotel directly to book. Obviously don't want to book the voucher then there is no availability.

I have a voucher for this hotel but unable to book as website has a problem. I've called the hotel on numerous occasions over last 3 days and they cannot take a booking by phone or help. I have been asked to send my email address and they will let me know when its fixed. Still waiting. Was then advised to call itison who again took my email address and number, still awaiting a reply. How can I use this voucher? I've tried different laptops and phones and still same issue. Not sure what else to do.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a clubroom with £40 dinner allowance, breakfast and leisure access

Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 20-21 Nov, 30-31 Dec 2021, 1 Jan and 4-5, 14, 18-19, 25-26 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings can be made from 27 Oct 2021.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Any re-booking is at the hotel’s availability and discretion.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a double or twin club room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a £40 dinner allowance valid for food only on the main menu; subject to change. Gluten / wheat free options are available please inform hotel at time of booking.

Includes leisure access.

Max of 2 children permitted. Under 2s stay free and cots are available; subject to availability. Children aged 2 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £25 to upgrade to a double/double room; payable directly. All meals to be paid as taken.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
