I would like to buy this as a Christmas gift but concerned about what would happen should future covid restrictions ban people from travelling to different parts of Scotland. Would there be alternative dates/arrangements offered this were to happen.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a premium room with chocolates in room on arrival, Champagne afternoon tea and breakfast

Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 5, 12, 26 Feb, 24 Mar and 22-23 Apr 2022.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings can be made from Wed 5 Jan 2022.

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Premium double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a premium king room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes Champagne afternoon tea in Champagne Central. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 1 glass of Champagne per person. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Tables may be required back after 1.5hrs. Once you have made a booking, you will be contacted by the hotel prior to your stay to make an afternoon tea reservation.

Children are permitted on rollaway beds or when upgrading to a double double room. Please discuss supplementary charges and pay directly to hotel.

Dogs permitted; please discuss direct.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
