Hi there, I’m looking to book a night away and I have a couple of questions. The ‘itison deal’ states the stay will cost £89 for an overnight stay for 2. Just to check, is that price definitely inclusive of both people or is that the price per person? I would also like to book this as a Saturday night stay, how do I pay the increase in cost? Thank you!

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm £89 is for two for a stay for two with breakfast and late checkout.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays which is payable directly to the hotel when you arrive.

Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Dec 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2021 & 12-13 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted in an upgraded family room. Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

No pets permitted; guide dogs only.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
