I would like to purchase some short stay vouchers for gifts but I am worried about unforeseen covid restrictions that may affect use of vouchers after xmas and new year. Can you please advise me if you have any policy in place with regard to this.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 Jun - 31 Oct 2021.

A supplementary charge of £15 per room is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Please note there is limited availability on the weekends.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 10am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a £30 supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with soft drink.

No children permitted.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
