Hi l got in touch yesterday regarding the booking l had for next week that had been cancelled. I did phone Carlton George hotel and they said they aren’t taking any bookings till next year as l don’t want a voucher l was wondering how l go about a refund. Thanks

Having seen more vouchers I wish to buy, and recalling ITISON stating they would refund voucher costs for those that cannot be used, I now ask, can my last purchase of vouchers [the victims of COVID/ lockdown] be extended father than be refunded ?
Obviously I would rather have the experience than cash back. Thank you.

I'm happy to let you know the expiry date of your voucher has been extended to the 31st of August. Just make sure to book before the 13th of August so you don't miss out.

I’ve re-sent your updated voucher to you by email, and it should be with you in a couple of minutes. If it doesn’t come through, I’d suggest checking your junk or spam folder in case it’s filtered there.

You can also view and print your updated voucher by heading to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.

Valid Sun - Fri: Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Aug 2021, Sun - Fri 12noon - 4.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat, 1 Jan - 31 Mar 2021.

Valid Sat: Voucher is valid until Sat 28 Aug 2021, Sat only 12noon - 4.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri, 1 Jan - 31 Mar 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 8 people per table.

Afternoon tea only. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options not available.
