Having seen more vouchers I wish to buy, and recalling ITISON stating they would refund voucher costs for those that cannot be used, I now ask, can my last purchase of vouchers [the victims of COVID/ lockdown] be extended father than be refunded ?
Obviously I would rather have the experience than cash back. Thank you.

I'm happy to let you know the expiry date of your voucher has been extended to the 31st of August. Just make sure to book before the 13th of August so you don't miss out.
I’ve re-sent your updated voucher to you by email, and it should be with you in a couple of minutes. If it doesn’t come through, I’d suggest checking your junk or spam folder in case it’s filtered there.
You can also view and print your updated voucher by heading to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.
