Since my lunch companion and I both drive, we would not wish to accept the glass of fizz each. Is it possible to choose the bottle of fizz to share, and receive it unopened, so that we can take it away?

But, if it helps, you can print it from any device - perhaps a friend or family member's - by heading to https://www.itison.com/my/complete_orders.

To cancel an unredeemed voucher, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Valid Mon - Fri: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr 2022 until Thu 30 Jun 2022, Mon - Fri 2pm - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Sun.

Valid Saturdays: Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Apr 2022 until Sat 25 Jun 2022, Saturdays only 2pm - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table. 

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes tea or coffee, a 125ml glass of fizz each OR bottle of fizz to share between two. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
