What do you mean by valid for 7 days ? Does it mean we have lock the dates within 7 days of purchase ??

What happens if the lockdown extends and the voucher cannot be used within the set dates - would the end date for the voucher be extended?

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

Hi there, if I wanted to stay a Fri & Sat night, along with our 11 year old daughter & 1 well behaved dog, can you please advise the total supplement please over & above the £119 voucher? Many thanks, Julie

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Nov 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20prpn applies to Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night, subject to availability; payable directly.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
