I'm happy to let you know bookings can be made between 12-12.30pm on Saturdays, and tables are required back after 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I can confirm all bookings must be made by 12:30 pm for Saturday visits but you're welcome to book for 12:30 pm and enjoy a visit for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Hi there
This states 'Set itison menu only' but also 'subject to change'. Before I book, I'd like to see what the menu is. Obviously no point in booking if the food options don't suit me and my husband.
Also, there is mention of starter, main and dessert. What is the fourth course?

I was looking at the cocktail menu and can't see the cocktails on offer, can you advise what they are/made up of and can they be swopped for a suitable value or difference paid for one of your choice?

I can confirm this includes a cocktail each on arrival choosing from: Pineapple Julep, Passionfruit Daiquiri or a Highball; subject to change. Alcohol can be replaced with a draught soft drink.

I would like to book with 3 vouchers if thats ok and is it possible to exchange one of the meals for a steak as its his big birthday and that is what he has requested and is Sunday at 3 pm alright thanks

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr until Thu 30 Jun 2022, Sun - Thur 12noon - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 4.45pm and Sat 12noon - 12.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 17 Apr 2022

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per table. 

Set itison menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a cocktail each on arrival choosing from: Pineapple Julep, Passionfruit Daiquiri or a Highball; subject to change. Alcohol can be replaced with a draught soft drink.

Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
