I'm afraid we can't extend this but you can find out more about our Covid-19 guarantee at https://www.itison.com/pages/guarantee.

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a cream tea and G+T on arrival, 2 course dinner and breakfast

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £29 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Standard loch or garden view room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per stay; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes cream tea and gin and tonic on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes 2 course dinner from the Lochview menu; subject to change. Dinner is subject to government guidelines. A supplementary charge of £6 is required for cheese; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.

No children permitted.

Max of 1 dog permitted in a dog friendly room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per stay; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
