You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

We would love to try the afternoon tea, however, we are 3, would be possible extended the voucher for 3 people?!

Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Cup Merchant City directly to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

Your voucher should have been emailed to you with 'How to Book' instructions, however if you just let us know your voucher code at support@itison.com we'll also be happy to lend a hand here.

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Fri 12noon, 1.45pm & 3.30pm and Sat - Sun 12noon only; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 Feb and 18 - 19 Mar 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. No telephone bookings will be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 per person.

Max of 4 vouchers per table. Maximum of 8 people per group.

Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Please note a 35p charge will apply for takeaway boxes.

Includes unlimited choice of tea or coffee per person.

Table required back by 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available at Merchant City only; please advise restaurant when booking.

No wheelchair access available at Renfield Street.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
