What to expect

  • 2 night stay for a family of 4 with a fridge full of soft drinks and a continental breakfast

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jul until Mon 31 Oct 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday and Saturday stays and £75 for Fri/Sat stays together; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked at least 3 days in advance by Mon 17 Oct 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Deal is suitable for two adults and up to 2 children.

Family Hillside chalet available with 2 bedrooms: 1 king size and 1 suspension bunk bed suitable only for children.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £125 per night including continental breakfast; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 12 cans of soft drinks in the fridge on arrival.

Up to 2 children are permitted, and are included in price; children must be ages 13 and under. Cots are available for hire for a supplementary charge of £25 per night; payable directly.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per night; payable directly.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. =
