Hi there, I'm just wondering what the terms are regarding coronavirus for this deal? Glasgow is currently in tier 4 so if they don't reach a point where the gin spa could re-open before the voucher expires, what would happen? Thanks.

What to expect

Spa day for one inc a 60 minute treatment, face mask treatment, G&T, Prosecco afternoon tea & spa candle

Choice of treatments from:
- Full body massage
- Signature facial
- Head massage

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Mar 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, Sun - Fri 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays, 14 Feb, 12-14 Mar and 4 Apr 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Customers card details will be taken at booking stage. In the event of a late cancellation (within 48 hours of booking), the voucher will be cancelled or they may be charged the cost of the voucher.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Over 16’s only.

Includes a choice of 60 minute treatment from: full body massage, signature facial or head massage; subject to change.

Includes a face mask treatment choosing from: Collagen Eye Reviver or Collagen Lip Mask; subject to change.

Please note, facials may not be available due to government guidelines. Please discuss directly with spa.

Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy after first trimester & breastfeeding.

Treatments are suitable for cancer sufferers / those in remission.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Afternoon tea can be taken between 12noon and 4pm; menu is subject to change. Max 4 vouchers per table and table may be required back after 1hr 30mins. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for gluten free options; payable directly to restaurant. A supplementary charge of 35p is required for takeaway boxes; payable directly to restaurant.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco and a gin & tonic each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
