Hi, just wondering what happens if Calmac ferry Ardrossan to Arran is cancelled and i can’t make the trip, please .

Thanks for getting in touch!

The terms of the offer state you risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking, but the team at The Glenisle Hotel will do their best to accommodate your booking on another date. However, we'd always recommend taking out travel insurance in case this isn't possible.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for a solo traveler with breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Oct until Tue 28 Feb 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 20 Dec - 3 Jan 2023 and 11-12 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm; check-out 10.30am.

Stay in a standard single room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Parking available onsite.

No children permitted.

Superior suite upgrade is £50prpn; premier suite upgrade £70prpn; subject to availability. 

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
