Just to let you know that I was still charged £4.10 for postage even though I was listed as a free postcode. My postcode is G781QL. Have a misunderstood the deal?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm G78 addresses shouldn't need to pay P&P charges. We'd recommend contacting Banilla Box directly, as P&P charges are by themselves rather than itison, and they should be able to lend a hand.
