The voucher can be used 7 days a week, subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night as follows: superior double - £20, family room - £30, suite - £60; payable directly to the hotel.

Hi we were looking to take the one night day on Fri 19 Nov as a family room 2 adults and 2 children. States is sold out. Would there still be family rooms available with this deal. If not if we purchased the 2 night deal and only stayed the one night would there be any difference to the price. Sorry to ask could you possibly advise please.

If we took the 2 night option for £99 plus the £30 family upgrade on the 19 Nov we could not stay the second night anyway as it states excludes Sat 20 Nov.
