Thanks for getting in touch, although I’m really sorry you’re having trouble placing your order.

Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Cranachan directly on 0141 248 6257 to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Aug 2021 until Fri 1 Oct 2021, Sun – Fri 2.30pm – 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Please note there is limited availability on Sundays.

Excludes Saturdays and 27 Sep 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Option 2: max 3 per person.

Max of 2 vouchers or 4 people per table.

Afternoon tea menu only. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2: includes glass of pink Prosecco each.

Option 3: includes Hendricks Gin cocktail teapot to share.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
