Hi how long does the voucher last I bought a voucher on the 27th of December hoping to use for the 11th of March us it still valid to use? Thank you

What to expect

  • £30 voucher to spend on food and drink

Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Jan until Sat 25 Mar 2023, Fri - Sat 5pm - 7:30pm (last booking); subject to availability.

Excludes Sun - Thur and Sat 11 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person. Max of 1 voucher per table. 

Voucher is valid towards food and drink from the A La Carte menu only. Voucher spend must be used in full no change will be given. 

Vegetarian & gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 1 hour 45 minutes. 

Wheelchair access available in the downstairs area only. Please state at time of booking.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
