I would like to book the crème egg fondue for my 2 kids - would I be able to do this without buying 2 vouchers?? I would be in attendance but not taking part in the fondue itself??

Thanks for getting in touch!

You're welcome to buy one voucher for two people to share, but book a table for three people. This way, you'll be able to attend with your children and not take part in the fondue.

Hi, its not letting me reserve a time and day before purchasing? Also I’m a vegetarian so can the marshmallows be replaced with someone else? Do you accept PayPal ?

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

To discuss vegetarian alternatives, you're welcome to contact Brel directly and they'll be happy to advise.

I'm afraid we don't accept PayPal.

  • Creme Egg fondue for two served with a board of dunkable treats like mallows, waffle fingers, Mini Eggs and more

Voucher is valid from Sun 26 Mar until Sun 16 Apr 2023; Sun - Thu 12noon - 10pm, Fri 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 12 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24hr.

Multiple purchases permitted. Max 2 vouchers per table / group of 4.

Creme Egg fondue only; vegetarian options available; no gluten / wheat free options available.

Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

Limited wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
