Hi ? I have been given a morning tea stand for two which I wanted to use at the Merchant City Cup tomorrow at 11:15 - I booked this on the CUP booking system which says it is not to be used for it is on vouchers? I called to check and I was told to do it through the it is on website so I am not sure how to do this using my paper voucher gift and how to book Thankyou

If I am buying 4 vouchers for 2 groups of 4 would we be able to book 2 tables together?

I'm afraid group bookings are not permitted, a maximum of 2 vouchers are permitted per table.

What to expect

  • Morning tea stand for two including a fruit juice each on arrival plus unlimited tea, coffee or hot chocolate
  • Choice of location: Renfield St or Merchant City

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jul 2022 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Renfield Street: Valid Mon - Wed 10am & 11.15am and Thu - Sun 9.30am, 10am & 11.15am.

Merchant City: Valid Mon - Wed 10.15am & 11.15am and Thu - Sun 9.30am, 10.15am & 11.15am.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. No telephone bookings will be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 2 vouchers per table. Group bookings are not permitted.

Morning tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes a glass of orange juice on arrival and unlimited tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

Table required back by 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available at Merchant City only; please advise restaurant when booking.

No wheelchair access available at Renfield Street.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
