I can confirm a maximum of 1 pet is permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per night which is payable directly to the hotel.

Hi there, if i want to book particular dates only, do i buy the voucher first and then book on the hotel website - if this is the process and they have no availability - can i cancel my voucher and get a refund? iI wont be able to go on a different date. Thanks
