Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Hame Hotel directly to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

What are the Dates I can use the voucher and will they accept a service dog.

I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used from Tuesday 1st November 2022 until Sunday 30th April 2023.

I'm happy to let you know up to 2 dogs can stay for a supplement of £30 per pet per stay; payable directly.

I have an Itison voucher for the Hame Hotel, the sheet I have states that online booking is required and I should do so via Itison.com/s/a32645. when I attempt to book it states that this page does not exist. How can I book online?

What to expect

  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for two with breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Sun 30 Apr 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Max of 1 child permitted; children are free of charge when sleeping in the parent's bed or in a cot. A supplementary charge of £70 per night for an extra bed applies, including breakfast; payable directly.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per pet per stay; payable directly.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
