I purchased 2 of these and the email with the QR codes did not show our wine and we had to pay for our wine ,I was embarrassed trying to find the email showing the wine, I am looking to have the wine refunded

I've checked your account and it seems you've purchased two vouchers for Option 1, which is £19 for 5 tapas dishes to share between two and does not include wine.

What to expect

  • 5 tapas dishes to share for two OR
  • 5 tapas dishes for two with rice or naan and a glass of wine each

Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Jul 2022, Tue - Thu 4pm - 10pm, Fri & Sun 12pm - 10pm and Sat 12pm - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 19 Jun 2022.

Voucher must be booked at least 24hours in advance by Fri 15 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Telephone bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person.

Max of 3 vouchers per table.

Includes a choice of 5 dishes to share from the tapas menu; subject to change.

Option 2: Includes rice or naan to share and a 175ml glass of house wine each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Menu is subject to change.

A supplementary charge of £3 is required per person for the following: any seafood or mixed grill tapas; payable directly to restaurant. 

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
