I am gifting this deal for Christmas and obviously can’t reserve a suitable date until it is received. Are we assured there’ll be dates available after Christmas & New Year before the expiry date?

I can confirm this voucher is valid until Fri 5 Mar 2021, but all dates are subject to availability. All vouchers must be booked by Fri 12 Feb 2021 to avoid missing out.

What to expect

    - Back, neck and shoulder massage
    - Indian head massage
    - Youthful Hands (hand massage)
    - Manicure including cuticle work & polish

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Nov 2020 until Sat 3 Jul 2021, Tue - Wed & Fri 10am - 5pm, Thur 10am - 8pm and Sat 10am - 3.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sun - Mon.

Please note limited availability on Thursday evenings and Saturdays.

A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to salon.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must have parents’ permission.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group can receive treatment at the same time. Treatments will take place in separate treatment rooms.

Includes a choice of 2 treatments each: back, neck and shoulder massage, Indian head massage, youthful hands (hand massage) or manicure inc cuticle work & polish; subject to change.

Massage or Indian head massage is not suitable during pregnancy; other treatments are suitable after 20 weeks of pregnancy and while breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note. 

All serious health conditions must have a doctor’s note before any treatment can be carried out; please discuss directly when booking.

Duration: up to 90mins approx. depending on chosen treatments.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Please note that there are no further spa facilities.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
