Hi, why can’t I pick a date while going through the booking process now. It used to let you choose the date. Also, what if you buy the voucher and the specific date you want isn’t available and any other date isn’t suitable?

This is the first time i am thinking of booking. Pse explain how this works. You seem to want me to buy a voucher when I don't know whether the hotel has any rooms available for the dates I might want?

Hi, i noticed the deal said book by 2nd Dec , but i wanted to buy this for a xmas gift , if i bought this just now would the deal be extended to book after xmas ? Thankyou

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with early check-in, a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, breakfast, Costa coffee and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2022 until Fri 30 Dec 2022, Thu - Sun; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon - Wed, 10, 29-30 Sep and 1 Oct 2022.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-cancellable. Dates can be amended; subject to availability.

Please note card details will be taken at time of booking. You will not be charged.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Early check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive room - £20; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a complimentary regular Costa coffee per guest.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.

Max of 2 children permitted free of charge in a double + single bed room; children are classed as ages 0 - 11 years. Extra bed/cot can be provided; subject to availability. All meals to be paid as taken. Please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.
