What to expect

Voucher is valid from Fri 21 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 11 - 13 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 

Contemporary double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss direct.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 3: Includes afternoon tea on one day. Vegetarian, vegan gluten / wheat free options are available.

Option 3: Includes a 40 minute spa treatment each. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly. Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Suitable for ages 16+ only. 

Max of 2 children permitted; ages 5 and under stay free of charge including breakfast, ages 6 - 15 require a supplementary charge of £20 for B&B or £30 for DBB. Requires an upgrade to a family room (sleeps 2 adults, 2 children) for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly. Ages 16 and over are classed as adults.

Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
