Questions and answers

Hi just need to check if a 16 week baby has to count as one of the headcount.
There are 3 adults 1 two year old and 16 week baby, wanting to book Telfer lodge for 4.
It’s a lot more expensive for next size up lodge otherwise.

  • Stay in The Telfer (sleeps 4), The Irvine (sleeps 6) or The Laidlaw (sleeps 10)
  • Valid Nov - Dec 2022 OR Jan - Feb 2023

Nov - Dec stays: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Fri 30 Dec 2022.

Excludes 24-26 Dec 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Jan - Feb stays: Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Tue 28 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 14 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

2 night stays: Valid for check-ins on Mon, Tue, Wed or Fri only. Excludes Thu & Sat - Sun check-ins.

3 night stays: Valid for check-ins on Mon, Tue or Fri only.  Excludes Wed - Thu & Sat - Sun check-ins.

General: Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.  

Valid for a stay in The Telfer, The Irvine OR The Laidlaw.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes brunch each day from a set menu in The Orangery; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Children and permitted and included in headcount.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog night; payable directly.

No wheelchair access available

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
