What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a deluxe room with breakfast, late check-out and optional 2 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a deluxe room with 2 course dinner on the first night, breakfast both mornings and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 31 Jan and 1 - 4 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 31 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.

Deluxe double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options include starter and main or main and dessert from set menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge may be required for some dishes; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free and halal options are available. Children are permitted until 10pm. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 2 children permitted. Ages 12 and under stay free of charge when sharing existing beds. Travel cots can be provided for children up to two years; please discuss directly with hotel. Sofa beds are available subject to availability; please discuss direct.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
