I can confirm this offer must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023, and we've updated the small print now to reflect this.

How do I book a table at the Cup in Merchant City Glasgow with a voucher?

Is available online. (They don’t open until … 12)The venues booking system does show the it is on afternoon tea option but their information contradicts the advert ?

  • Choice of location: Renfield St or Merchant City

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Renfield Street: Valid Mon - Wed 10am & 11.15am and Thu - Sun 9.30am & 10.15am.

Merchant City: Valid Mon - Wed 10.15am & 11.15am and Thu - Sun 9.30am, 10am & 11.15am.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. No telephone bookings will be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 2 vouchers per table. Group bookings are not permitted.

Morning tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes a glass of orange juice on arrival and unlimited tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

Table required back by 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available at Merchant City only; please advise restaurant when booking.

No wheelchair access available at Renfield Street.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
