The deal suggests it is up to 8 people, but states there are 6 bedrooms (presumably double rooms).
Can the headcount permissible and possible sleeping arrangements be clarified?

I asked the question as my party would be 6 adults and 3 children 2 of whom are under 2 . This makes 9 in total , 1 above the permitted total but 2 are infants under 2 so I wondered if this was ok or not ?

I can confirm only one credit can be used per purchase. You can combine multiple credits into a single credit by heading to https://www.itison.com/my/credits. Just keep in mind that your new combined credit will expire on the earliest expiry date of those which you're combining, so please make sure you have time to use it.

  • Groups must adhere to Scottish Government guidance at the time of stay. 

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Mon 29 Mar 2021, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri-Sat and 23 Dec 2020 - 3 Jan 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 22 Feb 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10.30am.

Stay in the farmhouse with 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 en-suite).

Groups must adhere to Scottish Government guidance at the time of stay. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

A security deposit of £500 is required; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking. Please discuss directly when booking.

Please note linen is provided but towels are not.

Children permitted and included in overall headcount.

Pets are not permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
