Hi, I would like to book the apartment for a specific 2 days, is it possible yo check if these days are available before buying the voucher?

What to expect

  • 2 or 3 night stay with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival
    - 3 adults can stay in the Victoria Apartment
    - 4 adults and 2 kids can stay in the Albert Apartment
    - 8 adults and 2 kids can stay in the King's Apartment

Voucher is valid from Wed 7 Sep 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24-26 and 31 Dec 2022 - 2 Jan 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

3 adults can stay in the Victoria Apartment featuring 1 large double en-suite bedroom and a fold-down sofa bed.

4 adults & 2 kids can stay in the Albert Apartment featuring 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 sofa beds.

8 adults & 2 kids can stay in the King's  Apartment featuring 4 spacious bedrooms including a split-level master bedroom suite with super king-size bed. Supplements apply for the hot tub and snooker room; discuss direct

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. if applicable 

A security deposit of £500 is required for the Albert and King's apartments; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
