Can you use this on a Saturday I know it states Sunday to Friday but then advises that you cannot use 2 Saturdays in February so just wanted to check

Hi, I got a printed version of this as a gift and I'm a bit unsure of the booking instructions. It says online bookings only and to put the voucher details into the promo code section. Is this the Sapporo Tepanyaki website? If so it's just a comments section, is that right? Will they just accept the physical voucher upon arrival?

What to expect

  • 2 course Teppanyaki dining for two

Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Jan 2023 until Fri 17 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu 12noon - 8:30pm & Fri 12noon - 4:30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays & 11- 14 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. No telephone or email bookings.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 3 per person.

Max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per group.

Choose a starter and main course each from set menu; subject to change.

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: £4 - duck breast and £5 - beef fillet; payable directly to the restaurant.

Vegetarian, vegan, halal, dairy and gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. 

Drinks not included.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Your QR code will be scanned upon arrival to the restaurant before you are seated; please ensure you have this ready.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
