I only bought a voucher this morning and already I am being told that there is no availability for any dates and to ask you for a full refund. Surely this is very misleading selling breaks that do not even exist?

2 night stays: 

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Fri 30 Jul 2021, Mon, Wed and Fri check-in only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Tue, Thu and Sat -Sun check-ins.

A supplementary charge of £40 is required for stays commencing on a Friday; payable directly to hotel.

3 night stays:

Voucher is valid from Fri 30 Apr 2021 until Fri 27 Aug 2021, Fri check-in only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Sat - Thu check-ins.

4 night stays:

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 26 Jul 2021, Mon check-in only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Tue - Sun check-ins.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am.
