Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel or alter your booking within 5 days of your booking; please note all transfers incur a £5 admin charge. No transfer will be given within five days of your booking and no refund will be given for any non-attendance. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; option 1: max of 5 per person, option 2: max of 2 per person

Option 1: valid for one sledging session for one.

Option 2: valid for one sledging session and a meal each for four people. Valid for 1 adult and 3 children OR 2 adults and 2 children.

Clothing can be hired for £5pp. Snow Factor provides lockers (£1 non-returnable) to store your personal items / values. Snow Factor nor it's employees or agents are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to values or personal property that belongs to any visitor whilst on Snow Factor premises

Gloves are essential. Visitors should bring their own gloves or purchase them directly from Snow Factor. Please note gloves cannot be hired. A towel and a change of clothes are also recommended.

Option 2: Includes a meal each from a set menu; subject to change. Please note items not on the set menu will be charges at the advertised rate. Includes a drink, choosing from Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Fanta, Sprite or apple juice. Please note Bar Varia restaurant is open from Mon, Thu - Fri 11am - 7:30pm, Sat - Sun 9am - 5pm (last orders). 2 vouchers permitted per table. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise of speciality dietary requirements when booking. Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
