What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with breakfast, late check-out and an optional £30 food and drink voucher

Voucher is valid from Fri 15 Oct 2021 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon - Thu in Oct 2021, 23-26, 30-31 Dec 2021, 1 Jan - 13 Feb and 19-21 & 27-28 Apr 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: garden view - £10, garden view king - £15; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Option 2 and 3: Includes a £30 food and drink voucher valid against any menu and bar in the hotel. Menus are subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Max of 1 child aged 12 and under are permitted free of charge when sharing existing bedding. All meals must be paid for as taken. Family rooms available (subject to availability) at a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
