Feb stays: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Feb 2022 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days. Excludes 3-6, 11-14 Feb 2022. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Mar stays: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Mar 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable direct. Children are classed as ages 0-12yrs.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
