I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used from Wednesday 5th January 2022 until Thursday 31st March 2022.

However, this excludes Mondays - Tuesdays in January and February and 13th - 16th February 2022.

how long does it take to receive the voucher?

Thanks for getting in touch!

You should receive your voucher via email straight after purchase, but I'd recommend checking your spam/junk folder in case it's filtered in there.

Otherwise, you can view all of your purchases when signed into your account by selecting My itison and My Vouchers.

Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, valid Wed - Sun in January and February and 7 days in March; subject to availability.

Valid Mon 14 & Tue 15 Feb 2022. Excludes all other Mon - Tue in Jan-Feb 2022. Excludes 15-18 Apr 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 14 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a suite or loch view room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes cream tea and a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes 4 course dinner on the first night and 7 course tasting dinner on the second night. Menus are subject to change.

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten/wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Children permitted when upgrading to family room; please discuss supplements and pay directly to hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
