I can confirm only one credit can be used per order but to combine your credits, head to https://www.itison.com/my/credits. Just keep in mind that your new combined credit will expire on the earliest expiry date of those which you're combining, so please make sure you have time to use it.

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

We have a voucher for Anchor Line which expires 31 May 2021. At present we have a booking for 25 May which looks as if might not be able to go ahead because of Covid restrictions in the Glasgow area. Can this booking be cancelled and time limit extended if restrictions are not lifted ?

What to expect

  • 4 courses for two with a cocktail each

Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Jan 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, Sun - Thur 12noon - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 4.45pm and Sat 12noon - 12.30pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 3 vouchers per table.

Set menu only. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a choice of cocktail each from Peach Iced Tea, Raspberry Mule and Peely Wally Weegie. Alcohol can be substituted for a draught soft drink.

Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
