You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.  

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 vouchers per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior - £35, junior suite - £80, signature suite - £250; payable directly to hotel.

Children not permitted in townhouse rooms. Max of 1 child permitted in a superior room at a supplementary charge of £30 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
