Hi, hope you an advise, I have three £10 vouchers and was trying to buy the Citizens deal at £29. I typed in the code for one voucher which reduced the cost to £19 but it wouldn’t accept and more voucher codes, why is this. All vouchers are valid until 30th December.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Jan 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, Sun -Thur 12noon - 9pm, Fri 11.30am - 4.45pm and Sat 11.30am - 12.30pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 vouchers per table.

Set menu only; subject to change; choose a starter and main course each.

A supplementary charge of £1 is required per additional topping for a burger; payable directly to restaurant.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
