Hi, if there are restrictions on travel because of Covid-19, would the voucher be extended to be used at a later date?

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

- A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
- You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
- You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

What to expect

  • 2 or 3 night stay for two with 3 course dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 - 14 Feb, 1 - 5 Apr and 3 May 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 3 course dinner on the first night only from set menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Table may be required back after 2 hours.

Max of 1 child permitted, a supplementary charge of £15 per night is required for an extra bed in the room or a free cot can be provided; please discuss and pay directly with hotel.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
