Many of our providers are happy to have a single person use their vouchers, however please note our prices and discounts are generally based on 2 people.

You are always welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid.

As such, it may on occasion be cheaper for you to book directly with the hotel rather than use a voucher for a stay.

  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of fizz and chocolates on arrival, leisure access, breakfast, late check-out and optional 3 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of fizz and chocolates on arrival, 3 course dinner on the first night, leisure access, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Aug 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Telephone bookings only; please note calls are charged at 13p per minute plus your chosen company's access charge.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double/twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of fizz in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children permitted aged 0-14 years. A supplementary charge is required: BB £10, DBB £20 and 2 nights £30; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
