Hi,
I am interested in the attached current Itison deal however would like to know if my requirements would be available. Is it possible to amend this deal to a triple room to include total of 2 adults/1 child (aged 16) plus 1 dog? If so, please advise total additional payment to hotel after purchasing voucher? Or full payment to Itison?

Not really. Do you mean I can't add a dog (£10 supplement as per small print) and a child (£10 supplement as per small print)? Is it one or the other? Or does the child need to younger (5-13)?

I can confirm dogs are permitted, but I'm afraid a maximum of one child is permitted. This means a voucher couldn't be used for two adults and two children.

I'm confused. Original message states looking to book for 2 adults, 1 child (aged 16) and 1 dog. Where do you get 2 children?
Can a 16 year old be regarded as a child in this offer?

I can confirm 1 child is permitted with this deal, but I'm afraid children are classed as under 13 years of age, so a 16 year old unfortunately wouldn't be considered a child.

What to expect

  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival, 3 course dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 24 Nov 2020 - 12 Dec 2020 and 1 Apr - 17 Oct 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £15 is required per room per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Email bookings only. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 3 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double/twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £15; discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival.

Dinner options: Include a 3 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Supplementary charges may apply for some dishes; please discuss and pay directly with hotel. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

Tables are required back after 2 hours.

Parking available at the hotel.

Max 1 child permitted. Children under 5 free. Children aged 5-13 require £10 supplement per child; payable directly to hotel.

Max 2 dogs permitted for a £10 supplement per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
