Hi,
Am going to Cirque Berserk on 5th August at Pleasance Edinburgh.
I'm a bit confused as it says "Advance ticket collection required"
Yet, it also says, "The Pleasance now accept paperless vouchers"
So, do I need to go to the venue 1 hour before and needlessly hang around for an hour ..............
or can I just use the paperless voucher on my phone and get there 15 minutes before the show?

Thanks for getting in touch!

Your itison voucher will need to be exchanged for a ticket at the box office 1 hour prior to the performance. The ticketless option for your voucher means you don't have to print off your itison voucher to take with you, you'll be able to show this on your phone at the box office, however you will still need to exchange this for a ticket at the box office before the performance.
