Is a family of four mean four adults ?. also if child is under 1 do they need to be included in the famiky of four ticket? thanks

I can confirm a ticket for 4 is valid for a maximum 2 adults & 2 children, or 1 adult & 3 children.

I’m happy to let you know that for the ticket for 6 people, this requires a minimum of 1 adult, but can otherwise be any combination of adults and children within the carriage.

If you live outwith the Lanarkshire area, travel restrictions means you sadly cannot attend the event.

How long does the whole experience last. My bookings is at 12.20, what time would I expect it to be finished? I

The duration is approx. 15 mins for train ride. Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated time to ensure you are on the train at your time slot.

Duration approx. 15 mins for train ride. Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated time to ensure you are on the train at your time slot.

Groups will be seated together in separate compartments on the train with compartments separated by screens. Train will be cleaned down after each group has finished their journey.

Due to size of compartments, ticket for 4 - max 2 adults & 2 children or 1 adult & 3 children within carriage. Ticket for 6 - minimum of 1 adult, but can otherwise be any combination of adults and children within carriage.

Children are classed as age 10 or under. Under 1s do not need a ticket however prams and buggies are not permitted on the train.

The train ride is outdoors so please wear appropriate warm and waterproof clothing and footwear.

Please note this is a land train & you will stay on the train throughout the experience.

The train ride is not accessible for wheelchairs unless they can be lifted out of the chair for the train ride.

Please note due to Covid19 restrictions children will not have any one to one experience with Santa.

Please note Summerlee Museum closes at 4pm, but you can gain entry before your Santa's Magical Express experience.

Line-up is subject to change.

Parking is restricted and not permitted in near by residential areas.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
