I'm happy to let you know you can book VIP tickets by selecting the 'Buy Now' option.
Then you can select a VIP ticket (inc. a rum punch, 2 rums and mixers, fast track entry and festival tote bag) or a super VIP ticket (inc. a rum punch, 4 rums and mixers, fast track entry, rum fest tote bag and rum fest t-shirt).

I have purchased a ticket for Saturday 4th June for 6.30 events. Now due to personal circumstances I can only attend the afternoon session. Is there anyway I can amend my ticket.

I would like to know who was responsible for the shambles that was called a Rum Festival it was chaos from start to finish there was no staff and the staff that were there did not know what they were doing, when you asked for a rum the were running up and down the shelving looking for what you had asked for. They were having to take the flack for a badly organised festival. There were queues at every table when you came to the front after a long wait they told you you were at the wrong table, It was a miserable afternoon, there were so many people you could not hear the music it was a lovely afternoon wasted simply by bad organisers.
